An experimental photoshoot with food and travel photographer Angelo Dal Bó showcasing butter in its most sculptural form. Using the Japanese Kurinuki technique Talita carved the spirulina, beetroot and black garlic butter. Experimenting with heat and movement to create an ever-shifting sculpture.
