For Sisley Paris Talita created a menu based on the key ingredients of the new foundation product by Sisley Paris; buckwheat, cucumber and green lentil. The aesthetic is based on skin tones and layering. The dinner included tonal miso butters with flying bread, cucumber spicy ā€œSā€ salads, braised green lentils and buckwheat ice cream.
